Global Immersion Framework (GIF)
GIF is delivered through five interconnected modules:

I. Context Creation (2 days)
Participants are introduced to the full immersion model, its purpose, expectations, and structure. This sets the stage for a meaningful and focused experience.

II. Tooling Up for Immersion (3 days)
This preparatory phase equips participants with essential tools, including methods of inquiry, communication strategies, and reflective practices. The goal is to maximize learning during immersion.

III. On-Site Immersion (10 days)
Students engage directly with companies or organizations, working collaboratively on real-world challenges. This stage requires close coordination with partner firms and provides students with a firsthand experience of problem-solving in professional environments.

IV. Daily Reflection (10 days, all evenings)
Group and individual reflection sessions are held each day to support knowledge integration, align insights, and connect emerging learning to the company's problem and the student’s academic context.

V. Insight Creation & Synthesis (5 days)
The final phase involves a residential retreat where participants step back to process their experiences. Through structured reflection, storytelling, and peer dialogue, they translate experiences into insights relevant to their own lives, geographies, and problem-solving approaches.

GIF enables students to enhance cross-cultural agility, practical problem-solving, and reflective learning capacities—skills increasingly essential for leadership in complex, global contexts.
