About Learn+
Higher education is challenged: 10-30% of the population are now university-educated, and most of them will continue in practical work, technical or organizational. The didactic approach in universities, with its emphasis on theory and philosophy, is no longer adequate. Learn+ addresses this problem by offering education elements that advance immersive learning in educational, professional, and leadership contexts.
Learn+ is an independent organization, research-based and co-creative organization, growing out of the university world. Learning is offered not as classroom teaching; different experiential contexts allow students to transform and develop, assisted by mentoring and reflection sessions. We develop techniques and tools that help individuals derive meaningful insights from lived experiences-complementing formal education with observational skills, reflective capacity, and practical wisdom.

About the founder Sudhanshu Rai, Ph.D.
An innovative educator, an expert in experience-based learning.
Learn+ is the culmination of his 23 years of teaching experience, combined with forward-thinking research inspired by the neuroscience revolution. While at the Copenhagen Business School, Rai focused on student wellbeing and started building the Mind Science Centre, which he continues to develop. The aim of the Mind Science Centre (MSC) is to combine the latest in neuroscience discoveries with the yogic science and aim to apply it to innovation, creativity, and the transformation of the self.
Prior to his current role, as the CEO and founder of Learn+, he served at the Copenhagen Business School as Associate Professor of Innovation in emerging economies. Rai also served as an Adjunct Professor of Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at IMT Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. During his tenure at IMT Ghaziabad, Rai was instrumental in strengthening the institution’s reputation for excellence in MBA education, and he played a key role in developing the staff training component of the program. His contributions included mentoring teaching staff, developing curriculum, and fostering a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
Rai’s extensive experience and contributions to academia reflect his commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering innovation. His roles across different universities highlight his versatility and dedication to nurturing the next generation of thinkers and leaders in the fields of strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. His international recognition as an educator got him invited to the board of Laurea University, Finland. He served on the board for two terms. He also served on the advisory academic council for the National Institute of Small and Medium-scale Enterprises.
